Cancel anytime — one click
Inside MedSpa Pro is a no-contract subscription. You can cancel whenever you like from your account page, which opens our secure Stripe billing portal. There's no phone call, no "are you sure," and no retention maze.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you're simply not billed again. We don't claw back access the moment you cancel.
Monthly plan
Monthly subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Because the price of a single month is small and access is immediate, we don't issue partial-month refunds — but you can cancel at any time to stop the next charge, and you'll keep access through the month you've paid for.
Annual plan — 14-day money-back guarantee
If you choose the annual plan and it isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, the annual term continues; you can cancel anytime to prevent the next year's renewal and keep access through the end of your current term.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it and email you so you can update your card from the billing portal. If it can't be collected, the subscription is paused rather than silently charged later.
How to request a refund
Email us through the contact page with the address you subscribed with. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
